BUTA Dev here, 🐷
Still hard at work, guys, don’t worry! 😁 The focus now is on sprites and how to make them work the game’s UI. 🤔 Choices are now being added, too, so add replay value to the game with many different endings. 😇 👿
I’ll try to update the demo by the year’s end. Hopefully I can scrap together an entire Episode’s worth 👍
The demo for 2024 has reached it's zenith in the new update! Now with a zoom feature to create that cinematic feel! A fine end to 2024 and I look forward to more milestones next year! Thank you for keeping up! It's a slog but I am making lots of progress behind the scenes!

The game’s first two episodes are being set up for animation, all assets but a prologue’s already prepared. Just be a little more patient and wait for June!

I found the game interesting and an interesting idea for the game to be styled in 80s anime. The story seems interesting as well. I wish there was a proper menu and audio settings within the game.

Volume control, got it. There is technically a menu when you hit the pause button, but I really wanted an old movie-like experience. Still though, with all else considered, I enjoyed your playthrough. God bless, man, and thanks for the critique!
Looking for opinions on this game before it (hopefully) launches on Steam! Any more opinions/criticisms are welcome!
My only uh, suggestions, would be to, if possible, use a original soundtrack, even if just a basic OST because the songs kinda felt out of place, and also personally I found the ending of the demo to be very VERY tension/immersion breaking. Should also be careful with that loud static noise, it went from unnerving to annoying real quick.
I feel this project has a lot of good things going on so I hope dev, that you can polish those edges.
